Technic Games built Fruit Sort N Merge as a mobile game. This privacy policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the game.

Information we collect

Fruit Sort N Merge uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide personal information directly.

Analytics (GameAnalytics)

Limited gameplay and technical data, which may include:

  • device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version)
  • gameplay events and progression
  • session information
  • country/region-level (coarse) location
  • crash and performance information

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game displays ads through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK), including banner, interstitial, and rewarded (opt-in) video ads. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect:

  • advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)
  • device and network information (device type, OS, IP address, coarse location)
  • ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions)

In-app purchases

Fruit Sort N Merge offers optional in-app purchases (for example, “Remove Ads” and coin/booster bundles) processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are handled entirely by the relevant app store; we do not collect or store your payment card or billing details. We receive only the purchase/entitlement result needed to deliver what you bought.

How we use information

This information is used only to:

  • understand how players use the game
  • improve gameplay and game balance
  • fix bugs and improve performance
  • monitor app stability
  • display and measure advertising
  • deliver and restore in-app purchases (such as removing ads)

No account required

Fruit Sort N Merge does not require users to create an account.

Your choices and consent

Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Before serving ads to users in these regions, we present a consent message through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP), allowing you to accept or decline personalized advertising. You can change your choice later from within the game’s privacy/consent option.

iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, you will be asked whether to allow tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.

Advertising ID

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

US residents

Depending on your state, you may have rights regarding the sale or sharing of personal information; contact us to exercise them.

If you do not want any analytics or advertising data collected, you may stop using the game and uninstall it from your device.

Children’s privacy

Fruit Sort N Merge is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
